How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

Products that are in stock and ordered directly through the online shop have a delivery time of around 2 to 5 days.

Is there a showroom where we can see the products?

Yes, we have a showroom where you can admire many of our products in real life. It is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 11:00 to 13:00.

Why are bespoke products much more expensive than standard products?

The main reason is that bespoke products have to be adapted individually, which takes extra time, work and resources. Standard products, on the other hand, are produced in large quantities, often using standard templates and computer-aided processes. This results in considerably lower production costs. The unique, individual nature of bespoke products, however, means higher costs, because they are made especially for the customer and require a more complex production process.

Which kamados fit in the outdoor kitchens?

The Big Chef outdoor kitchens are suitable for the most common “Large” kamados. These include the TitanCrafts Kamado, Green Egg Large, The Basterd Large, Grill Guru Large and the Auplex Large. Want to be sure your kamado fits? Simply send us a message to confirm.

Smaller kamados are of course also possible. In that case we fill the cut-out with a steel ring to finish the opening neatly.
